Keith Humphreys is the Esther Ting Memorial Professor of Psychiatry at Stanford University and an Honorary Professor of Psychiatry at Kings College London.   1. A sobering look? Now we know Trump's plan to combat opioid addiction after repealing Obamacare - distribute free copies of your article to addicts to sober them up. Hold out for some yuuuge royalties.

  2. Does this mean the Trumps are going to ramp up drug treatment programs? I doubt it. More likely they are out to demonize use and users to justify more punitive "law and order" measures.
