  1. Look, if you aren’t motivated and dedicated enough to afford a compound away from the ocean, YOYO baby.

    1. Agreed to a point, but there are any number of communities in New Jersey and New York that depend on beachfront in the summer months and will continue to do so as long as people like to go to the beach - and that will never end.

      I feel even more strongly about people who live in the Mississippi flood plains as they flood with far more frequency.
