The Republican Party now combines the folks who want to repeal the New Deal and the folks who want to repeal the Enlightenment. Recent events in Florida have revealed some fissures between the two. Kevin Drum catches the Heritage Foundation trying to cement the Coalition of the Wingnuts by holding a forum on “Creation Science.”
