  1. Next he explained to Neil de Grasse Tyson that the nearest stars are light years away from earth.

  2. As the mostly assimilated cheder-educated grandson of German-Jewish Holocaust refugee,s Diasporically resident about six miles from this yeshiva (Queens!), I have to say that the way these of my co-religionists are eating up the philosemitically judeophobic smarm is driving me completely insane.

  3. There was an episode of the Simpsons in which the nefarious Mr. Burns is trying to mix with his blue collar workers as if he is just a regular guy, and says, "How about that local sports team!"

  4. On Joseph, Kasich is just a Besserwisser, an endemic fault among politicians. The subject is a reasonable choice of generic Tanakh good guy. But I ask you; what kind of human being sees Joshua as admirable?

I know, I know: Jesus' mother for one. But (a) that's a problem, not a solution; (b) Kasich is not living under the arbitrary rule of a brutal and corrupt stooge for a foreign pagan empire.
