Harold Pollack is Helen Ross Professor of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago. He has served on three expert committees of the National Academies of Science. I really like your posting of photographs.
May I politely suggest that you work harder at getting the subject out of the dead center of the image? I think that would improve things. You could also try the effect of getting in tighter on the subject).
Just some ideas. I'm far from an expert.
