... means, literally, "ten thousand years." Of course, since the kamikaze attacks of WWII, it connotes "suicide mission."

Y'know, if the Democrats can just settle on a nominee before our two candidates have destroyed each other, we're going to blow this clown to smithereens. You could call him an empty suit, or an emperor wearing no clothing. But the confidence trick isn't going to last forever, or even through November.
