Can’t imagine why DHS would worry about right-wing extremist recruiting among military vets. After all, they don’t have to bother recruiting if the Army is willing to take people who are already active Nazis.
Matt Kennard spots the management issue: Recruiters have to fill their quotas. Not filling quotas leads to trouble for the recruiter. Enlisting lunatics only leads to trouble for the country. Think of it as the military equivalent of a liar loan.
