Apparently the White House is cool to the idea of a bridge loan to the automakers. So are many Republicans on the Hill.
How many people-including auto workers, but also including the businesses that serve them (e.g. groceries, restaurants, dry cleaners, mechanics, etc.)-live in Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania? Interested in writing them off for the next couple of decades?
